As Senior Association Manager, Jen Grooms manages the New Albany Homeowner’s Association, Business Park and Business Campus.

Jen joins NAI Ohio Equities having spent the entirety of her career in property management, starting as a leasing agent and moving through the ranks to Vice President of the Columbus Division for The Case Bowen Company. During that time, she gained experience in vendor management, contract negotiations and business development, while also managing her team and a full portfolio of properties. Jen thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the diversity of her role.

Why did you decide to make Columbus your home?

Summer vacations growing up were spent in Columbus.

What is your favorite neighborhood/area of Columbus/Central Ohio?

Pleasant Township in Marion County because its home.

Where do you like to vacation?

Anywhere quiet and remote.

What’s a favorite pastime you enjoy?

Reading and anything outdoors with my kids.
